"Chuck was great and very personable personality plus. He help me by taking the last boxes out of the garage in order to move the closing date up. This was because I was selling the house for my parents and I was 4 hours away. Chuck met me at a later date and loaded the boxes into my car. He sold the house in three months even though we listed before Christmas. Chuck also helped me find gardeners, cleaning people etc. that where reasonable and available to help me. "

Busy time of year. Chuck frequently not available. Also, felt we did not receive much information regarding our closing. Since we live in Wisconsin we had to call for more information. Too, condo association was not aware of our location and sent needed information to the Bellingham address, not to Wisconsin.
